About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, this newly created HR Operations Lead role will own the delivery of day-to-day HR operations and act as the bridge between strategy and execution. You’ll partner with leaders to resolve ER matters, oversee performance and development cycles, drive onboarding readiness, and simplify processes. This role also carries responsibility for data insights and process improvement, ensuring HR services are clear, consistent, and effective.
Key accountabilities include:
- Coordinating resourcing, onboarding, and supplier governance
- Running the annual performance cycle and calibrations
- Leading ER case management at low–moderate complexity and preparing complex matters for escalation
- Simplifying BAU processes and embedding improvements
- Partnering with leaders to build capability and confidence in managing people outcomes
- Translating people data into meaningful insights for decision-making
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist or business partner with exposure to multi-site, decentralised environments. Your strengths lie in operations and you thrive on creating clarity, lifting standards, and helping leaders succeed.
You’ll bring:
- Strong HR operations/lifecycle management experience
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and performance cycles
- Confidence in ER case management and manager coaching
- Ability to produce clear policies, SOPs and practical tools for leaders
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or Business (or equivalent experience)
