- Coordinating performance review processes.
- Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation.
- Providing first-level HR advice to managers and employees.
- Supporting employee relations matters and employment legislation compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
This isn't simply an HR administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting involved, improving the way things are done and taking ownership of their work.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience as an HR Officer, HR Coordinator or similar.
- Exposure to agriculture, manufacturing, farming, healthcare, not-for-profit or another operational workforce environment will be highly regarded.
- Current experience applying Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements and Modern Awards within an Australian workplace.
- Experience across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience using Employment Hero or another HR Information System (HRIS) will be highly regarded.
