About the Role
This is a 2-month temporary contract
supporting a key HR data and compliance project.
Working closely with the HR team, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing employee records up to date and ensuring systems and documentation are accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.
This is a “back to basics” role - but a critical one - requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting employee file audits and identifying documentation gaps
- Following up with managers and employees to obtain missing information
- Migrating employee files into SharePoint
- Updating and validating employee data within the HRIS (UKG)
- Reviewing qualifications and compliance against role requirements
- Supporting an organisation-wide employee data validation exercise
About You
You’re an organised and detail-driven HR Coordinator or Administrator who enjoys working in structured, process-focused environments.
You take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You will bring:
- Recent experience in HR coordination or HR administration position in Australia
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data tasks
- Confidence working with HR systems (UKG or similar highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills to follow up with stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
- Are available immediately and able to commit to the full term of the contract
- Able to work on site at the Darra Industrial site.
