About the Role

We’re looking for a permanent hands-on HR Business Partner who enjoys variety and thrives on solving problems alongside leaders. The role has a strong focus on employee and industrial relations, and you’ll be the go-to person for advice on everything from investigations and grievances through to performance and conduct.

It’s a role that blends the operational with the strategic where one moment you’ll be working through a complex case, the next you’ll be coaching a manager, reviewing workforce data, or helping deliver broader people initiatives.

  • Advising and supporting leaders on ER/IR issues, including investigations, grievances and misconduct matters.
  • Providing guidance on enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and Fair Work requirements.
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders to lift their people management capability.
  • Supporting organisational change including restructures and redeployment.
  • Contributing to HR projects across areas like diversity, inclusion, talent and workforce planning.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.

About You

  • Solid HR generalist background with strong ER/IR experience.
  • Confident managing complex cases and sensitive people issues.
  • Comfortable working with unions and interpreting enterprise agreements.
  • A practical, collaborative approach – able to balance compliance with commercial reality.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline (desirable).

The Benefits

  • A permanent role with stability and room to grow.
  • Exposure to a diverse, national workforce where you’ll see real impact from your work.
  • Supportive team environment with a leader who values autonomy and input.
  • $140,000 - $150,000 + 14% super, flexible working arrangements and a healthy work-life balance.
  • 36.25 hour work week and 2/3 days work from home (WFH).
