About the Role

In this role, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver accurate, fair, and consistent job evaluation outcomes for a diverse range of roles — spanning technical, operational, and corporate functions. You will:

  • Conduct end-to-end job evaluations using the Mercer Job Evaluation methodology (or similar recognised frameworks).
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on position description development, classification, and organisational design.
  • Contribute to policy development and process improvement to ensure effective governance of job evaluation activities.
  • Support broader employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, probation, and fitness-for-duty matters.


About You

We are seeking a HR/Employee Services professional who brings:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in HR/Employee Services within complex or large organisations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in job evaluation(Mercer preferred, but other formal job evaluation tools are welcomed).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coach and guide managers through complex people processes.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to building stability and capability in a growing team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field are desirable.

Desireble Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business, Organisational Psychology or related field.
  • Certification or training in Mercer Job Evaluation, workplace investigations, or workers compensation (Comcare).
