About the Role
Based in Geelong, this HR Advisor position offers a true generalist remit with an emphasis on Industrial Relations. Reporting to an experienced and approachable People & Culture leader, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions.
You will play a key role in managing employee relations matters, interpreting industrial instruments, and supporting leaders through a range of workforce challenges in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with leaders on employee relations and Industrial Relations matters
- Interpret and apply Awards, Enterprise Agreements (EBAs), and employment legislation
- Manage casework including performance, conduct, and workplace investigations
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
About You
- 4–6 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Proven experience in Industrial Relations, including EBA interpretation
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and frameworks
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
