Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services, advice and administration across a broad range of people processes.

This is a hands-on generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment, employee lifecycle coordination, and providing trusted advice to managers across operational and policy matters.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate HR policy and procedural advice across a range of employee matters
  • Supporting managers with end-to-end workforce processes including recruitment, onboarding, probation, internal movements, secondments, promotions and exits
  • Leading high-volume recruitment campaigns and monitoring selection outcomes and early attrition trends
  • Acting as a subject matter resource on HR policies, enterprise agreements and HR systems
  • Supporting job analysis and position description development aligned to capability frameworks
  • Advising managers on workforce change processes including flexible work arrangements, higher duties and reporting line changes
  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy in all HR transactions and employee lifecycle updates
  • Maintaining compliance, confidentiality and strong data integrity across all HR processes

About You

You are an experienced generalist HR or recruitment professional who thrives in structured, high-volume environments. You are confident interpreting policy, applying judgement and managing competing priorities with accuracy and consistency.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in generalist HR and/or recruitment roles
  • Strong ability to interpret policy, enterprise agreements and HR frameworks
  • Experience working with HRIS and recruitment systems
  • High attention to detail and strong process orientation
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service focus
