Davidson is partnering with our client in the utilities sector to recruit an experienced HR Officer with strong remuneration and HR systems expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative People & Culture team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the go-to person for HR systems and remuneration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all aspects of HR operations.
You will:
- Maintain data integrity in the HRIS and employee records.
- Provide first-line systems and process support to the People & Culture team.
- Deliver timely HR advice aligned with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Undertake role evaluations, advise on job grading, and ensure compliance with remuneration frameworks.
- Produce reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in HR systems, remuneration, and job evaluation processes.
- Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a busy environment.
- Immediate availability to commence a 3-month contract, with potential for the role to become permanent.
