The Opportunity
This is not a narrow HR Advisor role.
Our client is a global infrastructure and industrial business operating in a highly visible, operational environment. They are seeking an ambitious HR professional ready to step into a broader, standalone remit and accelerate their development.
You will work closely with the Australian leadership team and be supported by experienced global HR leadership - gaining exposure that would normally take years to access.
This is an opportunity to build credibility, stretch your capability and position yourself for long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle across office and operational teams
- Coaching managers through performance and people matters
- Assisting with change initiatives and workforce alignment
- Supporting ER, compliance and policy implementation
- Maintaining HR systems (Oracle HRIS) and data integrity
- Contributing to organisational structure and capability uplift
You will not be hidden in a large HR team - your work will be visible and valued.
About You:
- Around 3 years experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role
- Solid grounding in ER and HR operations
- Confident working directly with leaders
- Organised, resilient and commercially aware
- Ready for a genuine step up in scope and responsibility
