About the Role
Located in Windsor, this 9 month contract will see you providing timely HR advice and hands-on support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with managers to ensure contracts, variations and probations are managed smoothly, while also contributing to policy work and supporting the rollout of Workday later this year.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and managing employment contracts, variations, status changes
  • Advising managers on award interpretation and employment conditions
  • Coordinating and monitoring probation periods, including performance discussions and terminations within qualifying period
  • Supporting payroll and HRIS (Workday) transactions, data accuracy and reporting
  • Contributing to HR projects, policies and continuous improvement initiatives



About You
You’ll bring HR experience within a complex, service-driven environment and thrive on partnering with managers to deliver practical, people-focused outcomes.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • 3+ years’ HR experience with solid contract administration background
  • Strong IR/ER knowledge – awards, contracts, variations, probation/terminations
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday desirable)
  • Resilient and adaptable in a high-volume, evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and steady presence
  • Cultural capability to work respectfully in diverse community settings



The Benefits

  • Salary $95,607 – $101,231 + super + generous NFP salary packaging
  • Fixed-term contract through October 2026
