Are you an organised and detail-driven HR Administrator looking for a meaningful contract over the Christmas/New Year period? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected for-purpose organisation located in Windsor, delivering impactful services across South East Queensland. You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative HR team known for its supportive culture, shared problem-solving and willingness to “roll up the sleeves” together.
This is a 3–4 month contract(paid in the clients books) providing HR administrative support during a period of important People & Culture projects.
About the Role
Working within the People Team, you will support a major piece of work to refresh and update the organisation’s Position Descriptions (approximately 300–400 PDs). This includes:
- Updating PDs to align with a new brand
- Refreshing content relating to vision, mission, values, and behavioural expectations
- Ensuring consistency in wording, responsibilities, and position structure
- Supporting quality checks and document control
There may also be the opportunity to support additional HR project work early in the new year, including the rollout of a new remuneration framework and issuing related employee communications.
About You
My client is looking for someone who is:
- Detail-focused- you enjoy accuracy and consistency
- Organised- able to manage volume and track progress across multiple templates
- Comfortable with admin processes- especially document updates, version control, and HR paperwork
- Team-oriented- happy to work alongside a supportive, values-led group
- Available at short notice- ideally week commencing 15 December or early January
This assignment suits an HR Administrator with 1–3+ years’ experience, or a high-performing HR graduate with strong
administrative capability. Experience working within an NFP would also be advantageous.

Salary Guide
Paid on the clients books hourly rates will be based on experience
- 1 year experience: $67,412 + super
- 1–2 years experience: $73,234 + super
- 3+ years experience: $79,056 + super
