My client is a values-led NDIS provider based in Cleveland, supporting participants across Supported Independent Living and community access programs. Known for their hands-on leadership and compassionate culture, the team is growing fast and now needs short-term administrative support within their HR function.
About the Role
Starting Tuesday, 11 November, this 2-week, office based, contract will support the transition of employee files into Employment Hero.
You’ll use your HR systems knowledge and strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, complete file uploads, and maintain compliance across all records.
This role is ideal for someone with a HR background
who enjoys structured, process-driven work and can hit the ground running.
About You
You’re an experienced HR Administrator or Coordinator with a sound understanding of HRIS systems and data management. You’re methodical, organised, and have a strong eye for detail.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Previous HR administration experience
- Experience using Employment Hero or similar HRIS (highly regarded)
- Excellent data accuracy and document management skills
- Availability to start immediately and commit for 2 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer employee files and data into Employment Hero
- Review, cross-check, and validate all staff records
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation
