A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Safety to join a global manufacturing organisation undergoing continued growth across the APAC region.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, responsible for building and embedding a fit-for-purpose Health & Safety framework, uplifting capability across the business, and partnering closely with leaders to drive practical, sustainable safety outcomes.
The role offers genuine influence, autonomy, and strong executive support to implement change.
The Role
You will:
- Design and implement a group-wide Health & Safety framework
- Partner with leaders to embed safety into operational decision-making
- Uplift capability through training, coaching and support
- Provide practical, solutions-focused safety leadership (not a compliance-only role)
- Drive continuous improvement across multiple sites
About You
You are a credible, pragmatic safety leader with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
You will bring:
- Senior leadership experience in Health & Safety
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with high emotional intelligence
- Experience in multi-site or global organisations will be highly regarded.
