A senior opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Research & Development to join a global food manufacturing organisation with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
This is a people-led, commercially focused R&D leadership role, offering genuine autonomy and executive support to drive product innovation, process improvement, and capability uplift across a complex manufacturing environment.
The Opportunity
- Lead the R&D strategy aligned to business and commercial objectives
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through to scale-up and launch
- Lead, develop and engage a high-performing multidisciplinary R&D team
- This role offers the ability to implement decisions quickly and see tangible outcomes.
About You
You are a senior R&D leader with strong commercial acumen and a background in food & beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Science, Food Technology or a related discipline
- Extensive technical experience, including senior R&D leadership roles
- Demonstrated people leadership capability across diverse technical teams
