  • Designing and implementing leadership development frameworks and programs that build capability and support a high-performance culture.

About You

  • Demonstrating proven success in leading culture transformation and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Applying deep expertise in leadership and talent development frameworks, tools, and contemporary best practice.
  • Building strong relationships through exceptional consulting, facilitation, and influencing skills with executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Drawing on experience within a member-based or not-for-profit organisation to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Holding tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).

The Benefits

  • Senior, strategic remit with direct access to the executive team and influence at the highest level.
  • Collaborative, future-focused People & Culture team committed to driving meaningful organisational change.
  • Short-term interim opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership role for the right person.
