About the Role
This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the GenAI strategy across lending and account origination within Corporate and Institutional Banking.
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering AI solutions that optimise credit decisioning, streamline origination, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key accountabilities include:
- Developing and executing the enterprise-wide GenAI and Agentic AI roadmap.
- Overseeing AI architecture, infrastructure, and delivery frameworks.
- Driving measurable ROI and ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Partnering with product, credit, and risk teams to embed AI into end-to-end processes.
- Championing responsible AI adoption across a highly regulated environment.
About You
You’re a forward-thinking AI leader with deep domain expertise in corporate and institutional banking, particularly across lending and account origination.
You combine technical depth with strategic vision and know how to deliver in complex, regulated environments.
You’ll also bring:
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing GenAI solutions in banking.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in institutional lending.
- Proven ability to partner across product, risk, and data architecture teams.
- Must have deep domain knowledge of Institutional Banking
- Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering tangible business value.
