At Davidson Technology Consulting, we’re seeking a Head of FS Consulting
to lead our fast-growing Financial Services practice. You’ll bring strategic vision, delivery excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to create innovative, high-impact solutions that transform businesses.

The Role
As Head of FS Consulting, you will:
- Lead strategy and innovation, developing new propositions and scaling client impact
- Own client relationships, engaging C-suite, boards, and executives
- Drive growth, leading business development and building new opportunities with creativity and commercial acumen
- Deliver complex consulting programs, overseeing execution and ensuring value-driven results
- Grow and mentor high-performing teams, embedding a collaborative, future-focused culture
- Be a thought leader, speaking at forums and contributing to industry insights

About You
You're a seasoned consulting leader with:
- 12+ years leading consulting practice and financial services delivery
- Strong track record in pre-sales, solution design and transformation programs
- Gravitas and curiosity, with a flair for solving complex problems
- An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders, from boards to business heads, across business and technology

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Background in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery models
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications a plus
