  • Partner with the Executive team to identify technology and digital opportunities.
  • Manage competing priorities across a fast-moving and complex organisation.
  • Work closely with the AFL and key technology partners.
  • Lead and develop the internal technology team.

About You

We are looking for a highly engaging, commercially minded and hands-on technology leader who can operate at both a strategic and practical level. • Exposure to, or a strong understanding of, AI and emerging technology.
  • Strong commercial judgement and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent executive and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams.
  • Sporting or AFL industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
