About the Role
This is a newly created senior leadership opportunity, reporting into the CMO, with responsibility for leading HammerTech’s content and creative function globally.
With an established foundation in place, the focus of this role is on elevating and scaling the function - strengthening the quality, consistency and impact of content and creative across all markets and channels. You will have a small team reporting to you, that is geographically dispersed across Melbourne and the US.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the global content and creative strategy, including editorial direction, content pillars and campaign alignment
- Leading the content and creative function, driving high-quality output across campaigns, digital, social, PR and customer storytelling
- Translating business and go-to-market priorities into clear, compelling content and creative execution
- Driving integrated, content-led campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing, Digital and regional teams
- Bringing the brand to life through visual identity and creative expression across all touchpoints
- Defining and tracking content performance, using insights to optimise output and engagement
- Managing content production workflows, agencies and external partners to deliver at scale
About You
You are an experienced senior leader across content and creative, with a track record operating in B2B SaaS or similarly complex, high-growth environments.
You bring:
- Proven experience building and scaling content and creative functions that support demand generation
- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling capability
- Experience delivering high-quality creative output across campaigns and channels
- Experience operating at global scale, ideally within environments of comparable size and complexity
- Demonstrated experience working with or supporting North American markets, with a clear understanding of audience, channel and go-to-market nuances
- Strong stakeholder management across marketing, product, sales and leadership teams
