  • Shape and lead client growth across Australia’s largest not-for-profit disability service provider
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of services
  • Put client experience and ethical growth at the heart of future strategy

Scope is Australia’s largest not-for-profit disability service provider, delivering services including supported independent living, short-term accommodation, social connections and therapy across Victoria and New South Wales. At Scope, we create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. Our clients and employees are empowered to live their dreams while we influence and push boundaries to deliver positive change for people with disability.

Operating in a complex and evolving NDIS environment, Scope is focused on sustainable growth that responds to changing client expectations while strengthening its long-term financial sustainability.

We are now seeking an exceptional senior leader to join the organisation as Head of Client Growth, which will be a pivotal role responsible for shaping and leading Scope’s client growth strategy and execution. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Client Growth will lead client acquisition across Accommodation, Social Connections, Therapy and Employment Pathways. The role will balance short and long-term growth priorities, drive revenue generation and build an effective acquisition pipeline, while ensuring new clients experience a smooth and supported transition into Scope’s services.

We are seeking an accomplished senior leader who can:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies in complex, highly regulated environments
  • Drive sustainable revenue uplift, client acquisition and market share
  • Bring strong commercial and financial acumen to strategic expansion decisions
  • Use market, pipeline and performance data to drive decision-making
  • Influence confidently across Board, Executive and senior stakeholder environments
  • Build strong referral, sector and strategic stakeholder networks
  • Balance commercial outcomes with client experience, quality and ethical practice
  • Lead collaboratively across operational and enterprise functions.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute, purpose-driven growth leader to shape how Australia’s largest not-for-profit disability service provider grows into the future. Experience in disability services, health, human services or another complex regulated environment will be highly regarded, together with demonstrated success translating strategy into sustainable revenue growth.

Scope offers flexible working arrangements, with the role based at an Australian Scope site and an expectation of a minimum of three days per week in a Scope location. Sector-comparable remuneration, NFP salary packaging and free onsite accessible parking are also available.
