This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role within a high-growth global SaaS business at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead brand, content and creative globally, shaping how the business is positioned, communicated and experienced across key international markets, with a strong focus on North America.

With the performance engine already established, the focus of this role is on building a more distinctive brand, leading a full brand refresh, elevating storytelling and creative output, and building the content and creative capability needed to support the next phase of growth. It is a hands-on leadership role in a supportive environment, offering the autonomy, support and scope to build a function properly and make a genuine commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the evolution of the brand, including positioning, messaging, narrative and visual identity
  • Drive a full brand refresh to strengthen market differentiation and support future growth
  • Build and scale the content and creative function, establishing the right strategy, structure and capability over time
  • Elevate storytelling across the business, translating a complex B2B SaaS offering into clear, compelling and commercially relevant narratives
  • Oversee high-quality creative output across campaigns, digital, content, communications and PR
  • Partner closely with product, sales, growth and executive stakeholders to ensure brand supports business objectives
  • Shape how the organisation shows up across international markets, with a particular focus on North America
  • Create the foundations for a brand and creative engine that can grow with the business


About You
You are an experienced brand, content and creative leader with the strategic depth and presence to operate at Head of level in a global growth business.

You know how to build brands that cut through. You bring strong commercial instincts, exceptional storytelling capability and a clear point of view on how brand can create value in complex B2B environments.

You are equally comfortable setting direction at the highest level and rolling up your sleeves to bring ideas to life. You thrive in environments where there is genuine opportunity to build, shape and influence.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant leadership experience across brand, content and creative
  • A strong track record within B2B SaaS or similarly complex, fast-paced commercial environments
  • Experience leading brand refresh, repositioning or transformation initiatives
  • The ability to translate complex products and propositions into compelling market-facing narratives
  • Demonstrated experience working across global markets, with previous exposure to North America
  • Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence across marketing, product, sales and executive teams
  • A builder’s mindset - someone energised by the opportunity to create, refine and scale a function over time
