Senior Business Analyst – HCM Program

Overview:
Join a multi-year Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program focused on simplifying and improving people management services. You’ll work across multiple streams including service design, implementation, and change management, contributing to the delivery of key HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and service design
· Support solution design and implementation across SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, EC)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and implementation partners
· Contribute to integration, testing, service transition, and change readiness efforts
What We’re Looking For:
· 10+ years' experience in HR business analysis and service transformation
· SuccessFactors implementation experience across key HR modules
· Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business process mapping (e.g. Signavio)
· Public sector experience and ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
· Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and human-centred design approaches
