You will also oversee post-go-live hypercare activities, coordinate incident and defect resolution, and facilitate the transition of infrastructure, technical documentation and support arrangements into business-as-usual operations.
This is an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options, based in Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements available subject to operational requirements and approval.

Experience within telecommunications, utilities, critical infrastructure, remote monitoring, telemetry or large-scale technology infrastructure programs will be highly regarded.
You will be a highly organised and proactive professional who can bridge technical and operational teams, manage complex implementation dependencies and ensure infrastructure is successfully transitioned into operational service.
