Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Strategy and Business Performance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future. This highly visible position will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior executives to drive performance improvement, strengthen reporting frameworks, and deliver insights that guide strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on and influential role, ideal for someone who can move seamlessly from boardroom discussions to operational engagement. You will analyse performance, build actionable insights, and lead initiatives that modernise systems and embed continuous improvement across the organisation.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute professional with strong experience in business performance analysis and strategy execution. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop clear metrics, and embed practical improvements will be key to success. A background in manufacturing, industrial, or complex environments will be well regarded, as will exposure to private equity or international operations.
