About the Role

Reporting to the Group Executive Digital and Information, the Group Senior Manager, Digital Delivery provides strategic leadership and oversight of Queensland Rail’s enterprise digital portfolio. You will drive the successful delivery of business-led, technology-led, and externally delivered initiatives, shaping digital outcomes that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support organisational transformation.

You bring deep expertise in portfolio governance frameworks, risk management, and solution architecture, along with demonstrated success in leading and embedding sustainable change. You are experienced in modern digital delivery practices, including product-centric delivery, agile at enterprise scale, and platform-based architecture, and understand how to leverage Artificial Intelligence to accelerate initiatives and deliver improved business outcomes.

You possess well-developed commercial acumen, including experience managing third-party vendors within outcomes-based delivery models, with a strong awareness of associated risk and governance considerations. Your ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders is a key strength.

You are also recognised for your ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, driving performance through clarity, transparency, and the effective use of data and insights.
