For more than 20 years, Body Science International (BodyScience) has earned a trusted name in the health and wellness space - where science meets performance and purpose. With a strong following in fitness and nutrition circles, BodyScience is now poised to scale under new operational leadership. As the founder and CEO transitions to a governance role, we’re seeking a strategic, high-energy General Manager to lead this evolution.
This is more than just a leadership role - it’s about future-building. You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations and performance across supply chain, inventory, sales, marketing, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll work closely with a team of 40 highly valued employees and help shape a culture of clarity, accountability, and innovation.
We're looking for someone who’s equally comfortable in the detail and the big picture. You’ll bring commercial sharpness, people-first leadership, and a strong affinity for health and consumer trends. Most of all, you’ll have the energy, integrity, and vision to take a founder-led business through transformation - without losing the spirit that made it great. This opportunity aligns well with your background if you possess:
- Proven leadership experience in FMCG or consumer product environments
- A track record in scaling businesses during high-growth or transition phases
- Strength in both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- A strong leadership presence: engaging, relational, and grounded in trust
- An innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and tech enablement
- Exposure to brand, marketing, or customer-centric strategy
