About our Client

Deaf Connect is the largest whole-of-life service provider for Deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing Australians. With a proud history and national footprint, Deaf Connect is entering a period of exciting growth and transformation - strengthening its commitment to bilingual (Auslan-English) service delivery and community-led impact. They pride themselves on fostering a values-led, high-performance culture where every team member contributes to meaningful change.

As part of this journey, Deaf Connect is seeking a transformative and culturally astute leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as General Manager, Therapy & Family Services. Their purpose is to nurture every child’s potential by focusing not only on clinical needs but also on the broader context of their families and communities. By putting families at the heart of our practice, we aim to deliver more impactful, personalised, and sustainable outcomes.

The team - comprised of ~40–50 professionals - is primarily based in Brisbane, with growing presences across other cities. While operations are national, the preferred location for this role is Brisbane, to ensure close alignment with the core team.
