About the Opportunity
This is more than a leadership role.
It is an opportunity to define the future of consulting at Davidson.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our national Consulting and Advisory business, bringing together our established Technology Consulting, People Advisory, Project Services and Workforce Augmentation capabilities into a single integrated practice.
You'll inherit an established client base, an experienced leadership team, recognised market credibility and the backing of one of Australia’s most respected professional services brands.
Your mandate is to:
- build a high performing national Consulting & Advisory business,
- drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- develop trusted executive relationships across enterprise and government clients,
- expand both consulting and workforce augmentation services,
- create exceptional leaders and high-performing teams,
- position Davidson as the trusted strategic partner across People, Projects, Technology, and Change.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a leader who has successfully built, grown, or transformed a client-facing professional services business. Your experience may come from consulting, advisory, workforce solutions, or professional services environment.
You will bring:
- senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
- proven track record of growing consulting, advisory, professional service, or workforce augmentation solutions businesses.
- ability to build trusted relationships with Boards, executive decision makes, and C-suite leaders.
- strong commercial capability across business development, pricing, forecasting, and operational performance.
- passion for developing people, creating enterprise value, and building enduring businesses.
