JOB OVERVIEW:
We are urgently seeking experienced GCP Cloud Engineers
with strong expertise in GCP Networking and Network Connectivity Centre (NCC)
to join a high-performing cloud team delivering critical infrastructure and security solutions.
This is a hands-on implementation role ideal for engineers who thrive in operational environments and enjoy building, securing, and optimising cloud networks at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
GCP Networking & NCC
- Design and implement VPCs, routing, and connectivity solutions
- Operate and troubleshoot Network Connectivity Centre (NCC)
- Manage complex routing and hybrid connectivity environments
Next Gen Firewall (GCP NSI to Palo Alto)
- Firewall policy management and security profile configuration
- Implement firewall rule changes
- Review and analyse threat logs
Secure Web Proxy (SWP)
- Configure web filtering policies and category controls
- Troubleshoot proxy-related issues (certificate errors, blocked sites)
Monitoring, Observability & Alerting
- Build dashboards using metrics, logs, and traces
- Tune alerts and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- Provide infrastructure troubleshooting and operational support
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP Networking & NCC
- Deep understanding of VPC design, routing, and hybrid connectivity
- Proven Terraform development experience (infrastructure as code)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and support
- Firewall and security policy configuration experience
- Experience in cloud infrastructure troubleshooting and operational environments
