About Running for Premature Babies (RFPB)
Running for Premature Babies is a national charity funding life-saving neonatal equipment for hospitals across Australia. Inspired by founder Sophie Smith’s personal loss, we mobilise communities to run and raise funds through peer-to-peer campaigns—like our signature Premmie Marathon Challenge.
We’re growing fast and need a driven Fundraising Coordinator who lives and breathes peer-to-peer fundraising to help take our impact to the next level.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Fundraising Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of our peer-to-peer programs, coach and support fundraisers, and create engaging supporter journeys. This is a varied, hands-on role in a small, purpose-led team where your work directly impacts tiny lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow peer-to-peer campaigns, especially the Premmie Marathon Challenge
- Coach and support fundraisers across phone, email, socials, and in-person
- Deliver communications that motivate and retain supporters
- Manage CRM and marketing automation to streamline donor journeys
- Represent RFPB at events and expos (some interstate travel required)
- Contribute to strategy, content creation, and campaign planning
About You
You’re a peer-to-peer fundraising specialist who knows how to build community, inspire action, and deliver results.
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years in fundraising, with a strong focus on peer-to-peer campaigns
- Proven success in supporter engagement and campaign delivery
- Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder
- Tech savvy – confident with CRMs, email platforms, and social media
- Proactive, adaptable and ready to make a real difference
