About the Role
This is a key Finance Manager role sitting within a high-performing team and reporting directly to the CFO. You will take ownership of the group’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while partnering closely with operational and executive stakeholders.
Your focus will be on turning financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and support business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Delivering monthly reporting, including variance and trend analysis
- Building financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Partnering with operational leaders to identify cost optimisation and performance opportunities
- Developing dashboards and improving reporting through systems and automation (e.g. Power BI)
- Providing insights across multiple business units to identify key performance drivers
- Supporting month-end processes, audits, and board-level reporting
- Leading and mentoring junior team members within FP&A/reporting
This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how financial insights are delivered across the business.
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working beyond the numbers and influencing outcomes across a business. You bring a strong foundation in FP&A or commercial finance, combined with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
You will demonstrate:
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar role
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into meaningful insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes
- Leadership experience or the capability to mentor and develop others
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
