About the Role
This Group FP&A Manager role reports to the Finance Director and leads a team of two. You’ll be responsible for group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting—but this isn’t just a behind-the-desk finance role.
A key part of your success here will come down to building strong relationships across the business—from branch managers to supply chain leads to operations and sales. You’ll be seen as a trusted advisor, helping non-financial stakeholders understand performance drivers and use financial data to make smarter decisions.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and improving reporting systems, so having a systems mindset is a big plus.
About You
You're commercially minded, a clear communicator, and not afraid to get out into the business and talk to people. You know how to bring financial data to life and work well with people who don’t live in spreadsheets every day.
What we’re looking for:
- CPA or CA qualified
- Strong group-level FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Confident leading a small team and partnering with operational stakeholders
- Manufacturing or multi-site experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys collaboration and driving improvement
