About the Role
As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial and administrative functions across several key business sites. You’ll take ownership of accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while providing valuable insights to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage and mentor finance teams, drive performance, and ensure strong internal controls and sound financial management across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing month-end reporting and ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Managing cash flow, payroll, and working capital
- Driving process improvements and financial accountability across teams
- Providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership
About You
You’re a proactive and commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You combine technical accounting strength with strong leadership and communication skills, and you enjoy being close to the business, not just behind the numbers.
You’ll bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading finance teams and managing end-to-end financial operations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making
