About the Role
We are seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across the Corporate Services division. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage end-to-end financial control, lead transactional finance functions, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level.
Reporting to the GM of Finance, you will:
- Lead AP, AR, reconciliations, financial and management accounting
- Oversee performance of offshore finance teams
- Drive automation and process standardisation initiatives
- Manage month-end reporting, compliance, and audit activities
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership
- Improve financial processes and controls across internal and customer-facing functions
- Foster a high-performing team culture aligned to broader business strategy
About You
You are a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments. With a strong foundation in financial control and team leadership, you bring a collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a track record of driving operational improvements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in a large B2B or multi-brand business
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in financial control and transformation initiatives
- Experience leading large, cross-functional and offshore teams
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
