About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across the Corporate Services division. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage end-to-end financial control, lead transactional finance functions, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Reporting to the GM of Finance, you will:

  • Lead AP, AR, reconciliations, financial and management accounting
  • Oversee performance of offshore finance teams
  • Drive automation and process standardisation initiatives
  • Manage month-end reporting, compliance, and audit activities
  • Provide financial insights to senior leadership
  • Improve financial processes and controls across internal and customer-facing functions
  • Foster a high-performing team culture aligned to broader business strategy

About You

You are a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments. With a strong foundation in financial control and team leadership, you bring a collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a track record of driving operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in a large B2B or multi-brand business
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success in financial control and transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional and offshore teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
