About the Role

As Financial Accountant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end financial accounting — from month-end close and compliance to reporting and analysis. You’ll work closely with local and global teams, ensuring accuracy, integrity and insight in all financial information.

What You’ll Do

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes including GL adjustments, reconciliations and accruals

• Deliver management accounts with variance and margin analysis

• Develop and maintain costing systems, stock valuations and project costing/analysis

• Prepare GST reports, BAS and FBT returns and support audit processes

• Maintain fixed asset register, depreciation, additions, disposals and project closures

• Produce consolidated financial reporting through OneStream and Microsoft Dynamics

• Provide insights that influence business decision-making and performance improvement

• Partner with global finance teams to align reporting and compliance standards

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies

About You

• CPA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial or management accounting

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream highly regarded

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Commercially minded, able to translate numbers into actionable insights

• Resilient and adaptable, with strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and disciplines

• Curious, proactive and eager to add value in a fast-paced environment

• FMCG or manufacturing sector experience (advantageous but not essential)
