About the Role
As Finance Systems Lead (OneStream), you’ll own the development, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of the organisation’s OneStream (OST) Enterprise Performance Management system.
Working closely with Finance and FP&A stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business needs into smart, scalable system solutions that support accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous improvement and innovation roadmap for OneStream (OST).
- Assess and implement new functionality to enhance reporting and planning efficiency.
- Partner with FP&A to design solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
- Maintain, support, and enhance system integrity, governance, and security.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, training, and user adoption support.
- Drive process improvement to leverage full system capabilities and data insights.
- Stay ahead of OneStream product developments, advocating for features that deliver business value.
About You
You’ll bring a blend of technical system expertise and commercial finance acumen, with a genuine passion for driving digital finance transformation.
Your experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar).
- 3+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and supporting OneStream solutions in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record in system development and enhancement within large, multi-entity organisations.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading end-to-end project delivery, from design to user adoption.
- Located in (or relocating to) Brisbane, with hybrid work (3 days onsite).
