Our client is a well-established organisation on Brisbane’s south side, known for its down-to-earth team culture and supportive environment. They’re currently undertaking a major system change and need an extra pair of sharp eyes to help ensure their financial data is clean, accurate and ready to transfer.
About the Role
This is a short-term assignment for approximately two months, working full-time hours (38 per week) in the office. You’ll be responsible for high-volume reconciliations and data validation—essentially working through payments, invoices and statements line by line to make sure everything matches before the system migration.
You’ll need to be focused, methodical and comfortable with repetitive but important work that requires precision and consistency. A flexible start time is available, and you’ll be working alongside a friendly, collaborative finance team who value good humour and reliability.

About You
- Strong reconciliation experience and attention to detail
- Confident working with large data sets and multiple systems
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
- Reliable, accurate, and able to learn quickly
