About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end accounts management and supporting the day-to-day finance operations across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Performing bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations
- Preparing reports
- Supporting month-end processes, journals, and reconciliations
- Assisting with external audits and tax lodgements
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve disputes and update accounts
About You
- 2-3 years’ experience in a finance officer or assistant accountant role
- Strong attention to detail, self-starter with high energy and initiative
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Adaptable to change, maintains confidentiality, and has a process improvement mindset
