About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting business performance across a newly structured area of the business. Backfilling a maternity leave, this role requires someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build rapport with key stakeholders, and provide meaningful commercial insight.
Your core focus will include:
- Supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting
- Preparing high-quality, insightful commercial analysis to support decision-making
- Leading monthly business reviews and providing commentary on key variances
- Identifying process improvements and driving reporting efficiency
- Partnering with operational teams to build financial understanding and rigour
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, commercial, and operations.
About You
You’re an experienced finance professional with strong business partnering capability and a sharp commercial lens. You're confident working in complex environments and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience in retail, FMCG or wholesale highly preferred
- SAP experience strongly desirable
- Proven ability to work with non-financial stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and ability to work at pace
