With a strong focus on growth and innovation, they are seeking a Finance & Administration Officer to provide vital support across office management, technology systems and executive administration.

About the Role
This is a pivotal position that combines finance administration, comprehensive office management and executive support. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across facilities, technology, communications and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing office operations, maintenance, security and facilities management.
  • Managing IT systems, software licensing, hardware inventory, and coordinating with external IT providers.
  • Coordinating logistics such as telecommunications, mail, couriers and meeting facilities.
  • Providing high-level executive support to the CFO, including board papers, presentations and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintaining company records, contracts, and compliance documentation across both digital and physical systems.
  • This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a start-up style environment and can anticipate needs before they arise.


About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an office management or administration role within an ASX-listed or global organisation; experience in professional services or corporate settings highly regarded.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom).
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to implement and manage efficient administrative systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and capacity to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to adapt within a growing and evolving business environment.
