We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Field Technician to join their IT team. This role is predominantly onsite across three centrally located offices, with occasional work from home when required. You’ll be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain IT systems across the business, with the opportunity to grow your technical skillset in a supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing day-to-day IT support for end users across Windows and a small mix of Apple devices.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktops, mobile devices, printers, document scanners, and communication racks.

Escalating issues where required and assisting with basic configuration and system maintenance.

Participating in an on-call roster (approximately once every 10 weeks).

Maintaining accurate documentation of systems and support activities.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in end-user support with Windows and some Apple devices.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to escalate effectively.

Comfortable working predominantly onsite across multiple locations.

Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Current driver’s licence for occasional travel between offices.
