Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Officer will play a critical role in enabling the CEO to operate effectively across both strategic and day-to-day priorities. This is a high-trust, fast-paced position providing comprehensive, confidential executive support, ensuring seamless coordination of communications, priorities and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s diary, preparing high-quality reports and correspondence, and coordinating Board and Committee processes, while acting as a central point of liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with the CEO and Executive team, you will bring structure, organisation and foresight to the CEO’s office, ensuring priorities are managed proactively and efficiently. The role requires strong judgement, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs, while supporting governance processes including Board papers, meeting coordination and minute-taking. You will also contribute to broader organisational activities, including executive support, stakeholder coordination and event management.
To be considered for this role, you are a highly organised and proactive professional with demonstrated experience providing senior executive support in complex environments. You bring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism. Experienced in supporting Boards and Committees, you are comfortable preparing high quality documentation and managing governance processes. Technically proficient across Microsoft Office and familiar with Board management systems, you operate with discretion, sound judgement and a strong service orientation, building trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
