Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Manager Information & Technology Services is responsible for leading Council's Information & Technology Services Branch and providing strategic, operational and people leadership across a broad technology portfolio. Leading a team of approximately 50 professionals, you will oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure and operations, enterprise architecture, cyber security, project delivery and business partnering functions. Building on the strong strategic foundations established in recent years, you will focus on translating strategy into action, driving operational excellence, strengthening service delivery, embedding governance frameworks and ensuring technology services continue to support Council's long-term objectives. You will play a key role in advancing Council's data governance, cyber resilience and artificial intelligence initiatives while fostering a customer-focused culture and building organisational capability across the branch.

Experience in enterprise technology environments, cyber security, digital transformation and operational technology leadership will be important, however your leadership style, commercial judgement and ability to coach and mentor others will ultimately distinguish you.
