Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer this role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of MannaCare’s residential portfolio, overseeing two facilities comprising 150 beds, including a dedicated 30 bed Memory Support Unit. Leading a capable cohort of site leaders and multidisciplinary teams, the Executive Director will ensure consistently high standards of care and resident experience, underpinned by robust clinical governance, accreditation readiness and sound risk management. With accountability for performance, financial sustainability and workforce capability, this role will drive contemporary models of care, maintain strong operational discipline across occupancy, funding and care minutes, and provide clear, credible reporting to the Executive and Board while building trusted relationships with residents, families, clinicians and key regulators.
To be successful in this role you will be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a proven track record in senior leadership within residential care services or organisations, ideally across multiple sites and in the delivery of specialist lifestyle and care programs. You will bring contemporary expertise in residential care standards, compliance, quality improvement and reform readiness, with the judgement and presence to balance commercial stewardship with exceptional resident outcomes. Just as importantly, you will be an authentic, values aligned leader who sets a clear tone of accountability and compassion, develops high performing teams, and strengthens governance systems and practices that sustain safe, consistent and exceptional service delivery.
