About the Role

We are representing a highly private and discreet client in the search for an experienced and hands-on Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of luxury residential properties across South-East Queensland. This role demands the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity, with a focus on ensuring each property is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times.




You will be responsible for the full spectrum of property operations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and oversight of household staff. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to complete minor repairs yourself and manage more complex works through trusted contractors .




Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management and upkeep of multiple high-value properties.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractors, and household staff to ensure properties are ready for family use at any time.
  • Manage household assets including high-performance vehicles, marine equipment, and property technology.
  • Prepare properties for events, stays, and visitors in alignment with family schedules.
  • Maintain strict budget control and reporting for all property-related activities.
  • Uphold exceptional confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.




About You

  • Extensive property and maintenance management experience, ideally across multiple residences.
  • Practical skills in basic repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing household staff and contractors.
  • Impeccable discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Full, clean driver’s licence (boat/jetski licence advantageous).
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast as needed.
