Davidson Technology Consulting is seeking expression of interest from experienced ERP Project Coordinators to work as part of our team on a major enterprise transformation program. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of a large-scale ERP modernisation program where you will help drive strong governance, reporting, planning coordination, and program administration across a complex delivery environment.


The role

  • Work closely with the Program Director, Project Managers, business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure the program is coordinated, monitored and reported in line with established governance frameworks.
  • Will suit a highly organised, delivery-focused professional who is confident operating in a structured project or program environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the operation of ERP program governance forums
  • Maintain governance artefacts including RAID logs, dependency registers and decision logs
  • Prepare governance packs for steering committees and executive reporting
  • Consolidate project plans into a program-level delivery view
  • Track milestones, dependencies and critical path items
  • Prepare status reports and executive dashboards
  • Assist with budget, forecast and expenditure tracking
  • Support resource planning across the ERP Program
  • Coordinate delivery activities across business, technology and vendor teams
  • Maintain project documentation and support day-to-day program administration
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, working groups and program communications



About you

  • Demonstrated experience providing PMO/PDO support within large IT or business transformation programs
  • Strong experience maintaining governance artefacts, reporting and delivery oversight
  • Proven ability to support planning, milestone tracking and dependency management
  • Experience working effectively with project teams, business stakeholders and vendors
  • Exposure to ERP or enterprise system implementations will be highly regarded
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination capability
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured delivery setting
