About the Company
Davidson is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Administration Officers and Customer Service professionals for upcoming temporary and contract opportunities across the Sunshine Coast region.
These opportunities will vary in level and scope, ranging from entry-level administration through to experienced customer service and office support roles.
About the Role
Assignments may include responsibilities such as:
- General administration and office support
- Data entry and records management
- Inbox and phone management
- Customer enquiries (phone and email)
- Processing applications, claims or service requests
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Hourly rates will range from $35 – $50 per hour + super, depending on experience and role level.
About You
You will bring previous experience in administration or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in new environments. You are organised, reliable and confident working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Temporary experience within large or fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.
