About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Environment Management Lead
to drive the enterprise rollout of Ecosys, a strategic environment management tool, for a large banking client. This is a high-visibility role, sitting two levels below the CTO, with strong executive exposure and long-term potential.
You will act as the sole lead and SME, owning the implementation, onboarding, and adoption of Ecosys across multiple application teams. This role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape environment management practices at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end rollout and implementation of Ecosys across enterprise environments
- Act as the primary SME for Ecosys functionality, configuration, and best practices
- Coordinate environment pipelines, version control, and lifecycle management
- Partner closely with DevOps, Release Management, QA, and application teams
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities during tool adoption
- Deliver onboarding, training, and documentation for new user groups
- Support release readiness and environment coordination across teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Hands-on experience with Ecosys or similar environment management tools
- 3–5 years’ experience in environment management roles
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide tooling rollouts
- Familiarity with cloud environments (bank is ~60% cloud-based)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
