About the role

As Enterprise Change Manager, you will shape and support the delivery of organisational change initiatives, contributing to a consistent and effective approach across Scope’s transformation portfolio. Reporting to the Head of People Engagement, you will join a large Transformation team that together are responsible for driving change outcomes across the six pillars of their existing transformation program.

This role will be key to evolving the change maturity of the organisation while embedding simple, repeatable methodology, aligning sequencing and interdependencies across initiatives, and building capability and community within the Change Management team.

You will:

  • Lead and embed a pragmatic enterprise-wide change framework and toolkit.
  • Provide oversight, coaching and prioritisation support for the existing Change Management team.
  • Drive portfolio alignment, readiness visibility, and stakeholder confidence
  • Shape and uplift the enterprise change strategy by driving prioritisation, portfolio alignment and readiness while also creating visibility on long-term outcomes.
  • Partner closely with executives and senior leadership team
  • Build a strong community of practice to support sustainable change delivery across the organisation.

About you

You are a seasoned change leader with the gravitas to influence at the executive level and the hands-on experience to design, implement and embed practical change frameworks. You will bring an enterprise perspective gained in complex environments, and the ability to bridge strategic oversight with pragmatic delivery.

We are looking for:

  • Enterprise change leadership in large, complex and adaptive organisations.
  • Hands-on experience in change portfolios within long-term transformation programs.
  • Strong change methodology (eg ADKAR) and change framework design with experience deploying at scale.
  • Executive stakeholder engagement experience together with the capability to uplift and develop a change management team.
  • Open to a blend of consulting and industry/corporate transformation environments
