This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised brand in a high-impact, enterprise business development role.

We’re exclusively managing a confidential search for a strategic BDM to join an established yet fast-growing team. You’ll drive major commercial partnerships across industries such as financial services, retail, telco, FMCG, and lifestyle.

This is a hunter-style role focused on long-cycle deals — identifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise partnerships that drive customer acquisition and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure and grow new enterprise-level partnerships
  • Lead deal strategy, negotiation, and commercial modelling
  • Design loyalty structures (e.g., points-per-dollar models)
  • Work cross-functionally to onboard and activate new partners
  • Support strategic planning, revenue growth, and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior BDM or strategic sales leader with enterprise deal experience
  • Background in loyalty , financial services, retail, or telco.
  • Strong commercial acumen and complex negotiation skills.
  • High EQ, polished communicator, and confident presenter.

Offer & Process

  • Up to $200K base + 30% bonus (~$260K OTE)
