Enterprise Business Development Lead – Global Brand

We’re exclusively managing a confidential search for a strategic BDM to join an established yet fast-growing team. You’ll drive major commercial partnerships across industries such as financial services, retail, telco, FMCG, and lifestyle.
This is a hunter-style role focused on long-cycle deals — identifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise partnerships that drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure and grow new enterprise-level partnerships
- Lead deal strategy, negotiation, and commercial modelling
- Design loyalty structures (e.g., points-per-dollar models)
- Work cross-functionally to onboard and activate new partners
- Support strategic planning, revenue growth, and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- Senior BDM or strategic sales leader with enterprise deal experience
- Background in loyalty , financial services, retail, or telco.
- Strong commercial acumen and complex negotiation skills.
- High EQ, polished communicator, and confident presenter.
Offer & Process
- Up to $200K base + 30% bonus (~$260K OTE)
